Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the exceptional reception staff, particularly Rohan Basur, whose friendly demeanor made me feel instantly at home. The ambience of the hotel created a peaceful retreat, and the breathtaking views of the Kanchanjangha range from my suite were simply unforgettable. While I found the breakfast options somewhat lacking, the remarkable staff, including Prateesha in dining, truly elevated my stay.
